1. Kalasi Subscriptions

If you purchase a Kalasi subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, please note that previously paid subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.

2. Artwork Purchases & Commissions

Kalasi acts purely as an aggregator platform connecting artists and collectors. Therefore, all refunds or cancellations for original artworks or custom commissions depend entirely on the individual art seller's policies.

3. Communication is Key

We strongly advise all buyers to clarify refund and cancellation policies directly with the artist. Please ask these questions in the chat before making any payment or finalizing your purchase.
